Describe the issue or the bug
Line44 conatins westus2 as a allowed region, but westus2 does not support creation of HCI clusters. Same applies to eastus2.

To Reproduce
Deploy HCIBox via Azure Developer CLI

Expected behavior
Limit the deployment to the documented regions East US, Australia East, West Europe
