Update docs around using user input in console

We need to explain how to do user input in the console in the fixed way

This seems to have been fixed for notebook and commend line case. I haven't seen this error again since the changes.

The docs on console input seems less of a priorty then documenting how to get input from websocket via a fastapi server.

Perhaps the documentation should focus on that instead. Moving this to 0.4.x.
