Aspire crashing soon after startup

Describe the bug

This one is a little vague. Since upgrading to 13.2, I've been experiencing aspire crashing periodically soon after running aspire run or aspire start.

I see this in the logs: Dashboard MCP endpoint not found or not allocated.

I wish I had more. If it keeps happening, I'll log any new info here.

Expected Behavior

aspire run / start boots up the aspire environment.
