Dogfood VS Code extension version should indicate PR hive #15589

I think I installed the VS Code extension from the dog food comment at #15503 (comment) this morning. It matches the LastUpdated date, but the extension version has no indication that it came from a PR
Describe the solution you'd like
A local hive install of the extension should have some indication that it's not a release version - ideally with a prXYZ prelease segment, but if you can't include a pre-release component, maybe make it version 0.0.1 to make it obviously distinct from released versions.
