Description of the new feature / enhancement

Hello, I use text extractor to help me learn simplified Chinese. Although I know that simplified Chinese is usually written horizontally, but I mainly use manga translated in Chinese to learn, and they are written vertically in this case. Text extractor for Taiwanese traditional Chinese works fine vertically though. Could it be possible to also recognize simplified Chinese when written vertically with text extractor ?
Thanks, although I know that it might not be a widespread use case but it would be really cool to have such a feature I think.

Have a nice day.

Scenario when this would be used?

When using text extractor to help you learn simplified Chinese with media (mostly translated from Japanese) that are written vertically.
