Description of the new feature / enhancement

When There is no option in Context Menu to Safely Force Eject External drives and even if Explorer is closed, but still in background dllhost and explorer is using the drive. Windows should have handled this issue. If I remember correctly, Windows XP has option to force eject drives.

Scenario when this would be used?

This device is currently in use. Close any programs or windows that might be using the device, and then try again.
