Overview

In editor, the scale and rotate cursors appear to be jittery when the mouse is moved. Not observed on device. Seems to be a larger problem with other cursors being somewhat jittery in editor.

Additional Context

This seems to impact the ring cursor too. However, the proximity light seems to be okay.
