Overview

The MRTK2 provided a toolbox to easily adding UX prefabs to a scene, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/mixed-reality/mrtk-unity/mrtk2/features/ux-building-blocks/toolbox?view=mrtkunity-2022-05. We should consider adding this to MRTK3 in some form.
