new person filter template #4197 Does not work with LocalPeopleResults

In Latest version there where introduces a great feature to have people refiners as filters, new person filter template #4197

the bug(s)

1. Labels only show in English/UK Minor
2. The LocalPeopleResults API does return the values in a different format and this the new format brakes. Please ensure this great feature works for the different sources.

To Reproduce

1. Just set language to eg. Danish, all other then english
2. Setup a phone book, and use SharePoint source, and LocalPeopleResults. Map a refinable string to People:Manager crawl property, make sure you have results with a manager and connect refiner.

Expected behavior
Be able to filter on a managers name without having to extend the filter with custom code
