migrate runtime status page to microbiomedata.org subdomain?

The runtime status dashboard at https://nmdcstatus.polyneme.xyz/ is useful, esp. given automatic notifications to our #updown channel on Slack. I think it's time, for sustainability's sake, to migrate this to e.g. https://status.microbiomedata.org or https://runtime-status.microbiomedata.org. This may be a simple update within https://updown.io.

Hi @dwinston, I like that that tool is hosted outside of our main environment, so that it can continue to report issues even when our main environment is down. My concern with it is that I don't think anyone but you has "manage" access to it (e.g. to add/edit/remove URLs, standardize the naming of the apps, etc.). Is that something that more NMDC team members could get edit access to (e.g. @shreddd or me)?

Also, to clarify, I am not suggesting we migrate its hosting environment to our main environment — I agree with you on that. I am suggesting that we use a DNS hostname with a DNS CNAME entry under NMDC management.
