If you deploy tg-focus instances using docker/podman, multiple TG-FOCUS chat groups that forward different messages can be easily achieved, by launching multiple tg-focus containers, i.e., multiple forwarders, their original names are always the same (TG-FOCUS), but since they are normal chat groups, you are always free to change their names or descriptions. However, if you are using tg-focus's binaries, you should keep only one instance in your operating system, which means one system, one instance, i.e., one forwarder. One instance, multiple forwarders, might be supported in future releases. Altering the forwarded message's content, or showing unread status might be supported in future releases. |
Anyway, thanks for your suggestions. Additionally, could you provide some specific scenarios for your point 2? If that is practical and useful for most of our users, it is worth considering implementing such a feature in the next release. |
Sure, For example, a massage containing a ticker, like "$ETH" with a contract address "0x232..." i might want to add hyperlink this to a dexscreener or to a tg buy bot... or a backlink to forwarded chat would be nice, as i might go back and try to find the forwarded message but its hard to find, a single back link to go back to the chat would be nice... |
I successfully install tg-focus, thanks for the great addon.
I have few questions and may be future suggestions:
Thanks.
