Default CPU resources on microservice create from a docker image

Description

Is it possible to set the default CPU resources on microservices that were created using the "From Docker image" approach.

I don't see anything in the docs, and we would like to change the default so that our users do not have to remember to change the resource on every creation.

Actual Outcome

CPU Resources (request and limit) default to 100m.

Expected Outcome

These items be configured to a different default, e.g. 10m request, no limit.

at the moment this functionality is not available. We track it and we consider to add it to our backlog.
