Filter feature does nothing (does not filter features; all features are shown) #160
Description
Using Sidekiq 7.3.9 and sidekiq-failures 1.0.4, the filter field in the failures tab does not actually filter. All results are shown regardless of the presence or absence of the substr parameter in the URL.
