We intend to get rid of the semantic-* duplication of Semantic XML content in Presentation XML. With the refactor of terms Presentation XML in #632, it should no longer be necessary for you to look up semantic-* tags for terms: those tags should be present now as Semantic XML tags within term.

Please confirm that this is the case, and make the necessary alternations to the XSLT, so I can get rid of the semantic-* duplication of Semantic XML content in Presentation XML.

@opoudjis Semantic XML is not used in the PDF generation. But I have to update mnconvert in metanorma/mnconvert#418 for use the Presentation XML only. So, please don't remove the Semantic XML until I'll update mnconvert.
