In the recording rules, we currently have a single value for a quantile, which then generates a recording rule.
This is a reminder to change this to an iterable, so that when multiple values are supplied to this key, we generate those many recording rules.
Example scenario:
quantile: 0.50,0.9,0.99
Recording rules: metricname:histogram_quantile:0.50 metricname:histogram_quantile:0.90 metricname:histogram_quantile:0.99
The current issue I have in mind is: given a list of quantile values, how would you specify the alert thresholds for each of them.
