Contributing Heterotopic Deep gaussian Process to Botorch

Hi,
I have a heterotopic DGP implementation in Botorch from the papers-

My question is, If I want to contribute this to Botorch, how should I proceed?

Hi @sheikhahnaf, is the implementation in pure botorch (+gpytorch) or does it require additional dependencies? Does this fit into the standard botorch Model interface?

The botorch_community module would be a good fit for this. Can point us to the implementation you have for this so we can take a look? You can also draft a PR that puts this into botorch_community and submit it for review.
