0.13.0 or 0.12.1?

Hi there,

There was a big speed-up delivered to a portion of the codebase in #2460 that I'm making use of at the moment. I'm having to specify the botorch version with: pip install --upgrade git+https://github.com/pytorch/botorch.git@refs/pull/2460/head.

Is it possible to get a tagged version out with the latest codebase, either as 0.13.0 or 0.12.1? Happy to do so myself if someone is happy to point me to the process.

Yes, we can put out a maintenance release soon (something we'll have to do on our end).
