[Feature Request]: Validation for short, long, and ham names

I'd like the app to give an error if the user tries to use a blank name utilizing whitespace characters. I have already made two PRs to both firmware (meshtastic/firmware#6993) and the python CLI (meshtastic/python#782) that I made based off of this feature request in the firmware: meshtastic/firmware#6867.

Currently (and even with these changes in place) the application allows the user to set a whitespace character and send it to the node with a "Sending" message. We just want to make sure we get an error about utilizing at least 1 non-whitespace char.
