Below is the latest error I see in the Meshery UI when I install Viz (although I see all the pods are running in the linkerd-viz namespace) When I open the UI (viz web service) - I see the control is stuck forever as indicated by the spinner Using the below updated meshery version

Current Behavior
When I try to install "Viz" into the linkerd-viz namespace from the meshery UI, it fails. Also the UI fails to create linkerd-viz namespace and expects the namespace to exist (for reference).
Expected Behavior
I should be able to install Viz from the UI.
Furthermore, if I install viz directly from the command line using linkerd CLI it works just fine
