Issue description

i want change some stats in meka suit gear but after restart all set back to def.

Steps to reproduce

1.change some config in gear json save it
2.restart server and all go back to def settings

Minecraft version

1.20.x or earlier (No longer being developed)

NeoForge version

47.3.0

Mekanism version

Older
