Mekanism digital miner radius limitation

Issue description

The radius field in the digital miner has the limit of 2 characters, even if the radius is a >3 digit number in the config.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open digital miner. 2. go to config. 3. try to input more than 2 numbers into the radius text box.

1.20.x or earlier (No longer being developed)

Did you change the config while the world was running and you had the miner config screen open? Otherwise I am not really sure what might have caused that.

Yes, I used Create's config menu while in the world.
