Can't put water in fission reactor

Issue description

I made fission reactor. The port accepted fuel well but didn't water.

Did you configure the ports properly (w/ configurator)?

Having exact same issue in 1.19.2. Yes I do have my ports configured correctly. Someone had suggested turning up the burn rate fixed this issue for them, however it just overheated when I tried it. All the pipes are configured with push and pull correctly as well. I tried sodium and water, both are not working.
