Compressed DICOM are not read by medinria:
This could be fixed by using either: https://github.com/DraconPern/fmjpeg2koj which adds an open source jpeg2000 support for DCMTK or itkGDCMDataImageReader since itk::ImageSeriesReader is supposed to have jpeg2000 support
