Please provide a concise description of the problem that would be addressed by this feature.

The ability to have an unauthenticated view of recipies on a custom web page (or in mealie in the future) with no risk of data addition or modification.

Please provide a concise description of the feature that would resolve your issue.

I would like to get an api key that only has permission to READ but not WRITE so that I can create a custom read only list of recipies without needing to be logged in / authenticated.

Please consider and list out some caveats or tradeoffs made in your design decision

• It may not be as simple as I imagine to implement
• It may not conform to OWASP security best practices though I'm not sure. (I think I've seen read only api keys used for this in the past)
• Mealie will probably re-implemenet the unauthenticated view in the future

• If this is accepted I'm willing to help maintain this feature
