Ingredients can be link to specific instruction step(s) but tools are just linked to a recipe.

Please provide a concise description of the feature that would resolve your issue.

Tools could be linkable to instruction steps. That way, it would be easier to know at which step(s) in the recipe the tools are used.

Please consider and list out some caveats or tradeoffs made in your design decision

UI to display both ingredients and tools on a step might become crowded.
