Adding notes to specific meal plan entries

Note: This suggestion is different than the existing "note only" meal plan entry.

It would be great if we could add a quick text/note to any meal plan entry, to facilitate communication about specifics for that specific meal.

For example, I add the "Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs" recipe for Monday night's dinner. But, I may want to indicate we should use the frozen chicken thighs (so we shouldn't buy any more). Or, perhaps it's to indicate the person who will be cooking that particular meal. Or, that we only need to make it for 2 people because the kids aren't home for dinner that night. Really, the note could be for communicating anything of relevance, related to the specific meal, but not tied to the recipe itself.

Granted, this could be done by using the existing "note only" functionality -- if we added a new meal entry type -- but somehow the experience of what I've described seems more friendly to me.
