Inconsistency in calculating dynamic derivatives in the time spectral test case #338

Description

Hello everyone,

I ran the time spectral test case and tried to scale mach and omega in the same proportion to keep the same reduced frequency. The results of clq and cmq calculated by fitting the data show inconsitency. It make me confused because In my understanding, no matter how mach and omega change, as long as the same k is maintained, the dynamic derivatives should not differ significantly. I listed my results as below and the fitting method follows the paper from doi:10.2514/1.j052922. I'm not sure it is a bug or just my understaning is incorrect?
