Your table shows nothing about ChromeOS built-in text editor.

What did you expect to see?

Indeed, ChromeOS does have its built-in text editor, which is eponymously named "Text" and comes installed by default.
Although basic, it can open several files at the same time, includes syntax coloring for some languages, can set tab size, and a bit more.
I would humbly suggest that your table should be updated.
