Proposal

I discovered the fact that a ruby-overhang property exists when Safari announced that the implemented it in Safari TP 203. It would be great to document what this property does (once Safari 18 is out of beta)

Browser support

This is implemented in Safari TP: https://webkit.org/blog/15860/release-notes-for-safari-technology-preview-203/

Not supported in Firefox
does not look supported in Chrome but I could not find details.

Doesn't look like it's shipped in Safari Version 18.1.1 (20619.2.8.11.12) from manually testing.
