i got into the game but when testing it is not registering
(also my headphones are not conned to my scarlet how will that work)

Hello.

RS-ASIO seems to be communicating with your audio interface correctly, so if input is not registering it might be because you're using the wrong channel for it.

also my headphones are not conned to my scarlet how will that work

For this, you'd change your config to this:

[Config]
EnableWasapiOutputs=1
...

[Asio.Output]
Driver=
...

This will let the game use your default windows audio output device.
