Chrome: Direct links "PROBLEM DETAILS" and "ACK EVENT" are not working

Once i click on one of the above mentioned buttons, i always run into 404 Not Found.

Hmmm. That might be an issue with zabbix 2.2. What are the pages for acknowledging an event or getting to the problem screen in 2.2 for your environment?
