Multiple issues with silk touch and blast mining

I've noticed 3 problems with silk touch and blast mining:

1. Blastmining infested deepslate with silk drops infested deepslate blocks (as well as silverfish). (It should just drop deepslate)

2. Blastmining deepslate blocks with silk doesn't drop anything. (Should drop deepslate..)

3. Blastmining ores with drops drops entirely too much. A level 1000 player is getting 4.5 - 6X drops, rather than the expected 3X. Ie, breaking 6 dia ore, I get up to 36 ore blocks...AND I get vanilla xp drops

All of this was tested on both mcMMO 2.2.030 an 2.2.031 and paper builds 183 and 190. The issues all occur on both versions of paper and both versions of mcMMO.
