Tool <-> Dataset linkage update example

Orion noted:

We don't have many examples of this, but MetFinder has training data stored in Synapse. To make sure this link can be surfaced on the portal, we can list the synIds of the training data (syn63100169, syn63100173) under column DatasetView Key for the MetFinder entry. The portal config would then need to be updated to show the Related Datasets section on the tool details pages
