This is an interesting project, it would be nice to contribute to your project but I have some ideas too, i wasn't able to find anyone interested on OFF recently, I'm working on an extension of the bittorrent protocol to support the search of blocks via its DHT.

I think the best effort is to extend the bittorrent protocol to support this way to transfer anonymous blocks of data, so it can take advantage of the big BT DHT already working.
im currently working with a fork of rasterbar-libtorrent.
