Hello. For some reason the original audio(not FM) plays normally in the sound test, but ingame it sounds botched... I have no idea what i'm doing wrong. Can you help me?

Which particular console or emulator are you experiencing this issue with? Kega Fusion, for instance, is known to have problems with the PSG in the Japanese version in particular for some reason.
