* feat: add Hama Mini and Hama Maxi bead palettes

Add two new palette files for Hama's alternative bead sizes:

  hama_mini.csv — 78 colors (Hama Mini, 2.5 mm beads)
  hama_maxi.csv — 25 colors (Hama Maxi, 10 mm beads)

Hama Mini and Hama Maxi are smaller and larger variants of the
flagship Hama Midi beads. They share reference codes and color
names with the Midi range but each variant offers a different
subset of the full palette.

Mini (2.5 mm) is popular for detailed, high-resolution designs
and is Hama's second-largest product line with 78 available
colors. Maxi (10 mm) targets young children aged 1–4 and offers
a curated set of 25 bold, easy-to-handle colors.

Color availability was verified against the official Hama product
catalog and webshop (hama.dk) as of early 2025. RGB values are
inherited from the corresponding Midi references since the bead
pigments are identical across sizes; the original Midi contributors
are credited accordingly in hama_mini.csv, while hama_maxi.csv
credits the contributor who compiled the Maxi-specific subset.
