How can the issue be reproduced?
Refreshing the browser, whether manually or automatically will cause clients to lose ability to answer any future questions. When submitting answers if the answer is submitted twice, the client will lose ability to answer any future questions.
Describe the bug (with screenshots if possible)
Players got disconnected naturally as we navigated through the questions, we ultimately lost 5 out of 13 players to this. One player reported their screen refreshing automatically and then they lost connection, other players reported that when new questions were loading they simply did not load any longer.

That's really strange. Can you please tell me when you played the quiz so i can look for specifc errors on that? If that should ever happen again, try to refresh the player's page again. This should (in theory) reestablish a connection.
