Intermediary graph structure

Today we are very coupled to the ninja template and it needs to understand the PN data types.

What if we had a presenter to turn a PN into a graph?

1. This would allow for arbitrary transformations on the graph
2. Simplify the template
3. Allow for multiple templates for the same kind of graph

I would love to have a better bridge between the internal data types and how they're presented in a simulator.

Something on my "wish list" has been to have a simulator that doesn't use a backend server and graphviz to render, but instead is able to load the library + Petri net definitions into a browser using PyScript and use a JS library to render the net. (This would also allow for things like animating token production/consumption when a transition occurs.)

Whatever can get us closer to that, I'd love to see. 😄
