What should be installed?

Which packages should be installed? I'm getting

Could not find a package configuration file provided by "Qt5Qml" with any
of the following names:

  Qt5QmlConfig.cmake
  qt5qml-config.cmake

Depends on operating system, how it was installed, and if you are using QtCreator. QtCreator seems to configure some things automatically. For example using msvc compiler, Qt version 5.13.1, and given install directory for Qt QtCreator sets CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH to be <qt>/5.13.1/msvc2017_64 and the cmake files are located at <qt>/5.13.1/msvc2017_64/lib/cmake

Without QtCreator I sometimes need developer prompts, which add msvc and Qt tools to the path. You still need to set the CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH, like above.

That being said, it is all much easier on Linux, and a lot less configuring.
