Add "print this page" option to all pages

Problem: We regularly have constituents call and ask us to mail them information from our website (for example, if they do not have access to a computer). Currently, creating "print-friendly" versions of our webpages is a laborious process of copy/pasting and reformatting.

Solution: A "print this page" button on each webpage that produces a PDF or Word document version of the page, with the "fluff" (header, footer, etc.) removed.

Additional context: It would be ideal to have this on all pages, but Service Details pages are of particular importance.

I strongly support this, which may be able to make content more accessible if authors post more print friendly html content instead of PDFs.
