[Feature Request] Stretching based on desired resolution or aspect ratio

In the ini, it is evident that a stretching feature is planned, however just enabling it would perhaps not be ideal on 21:9 displays. It would be great to be able to set the desired stretched resolution or aspect ratio, so that you can control how much the game stretches.
