V1.4.4: First version of KNetPS (PowerShell client for Apache Kafka clusters)

This release introduces the first versions of:

• KNetPS: a PowerShell module which permits to use PowerShell and its language as a client for an Apache Kafka cluster

Other changes:

• KNet: upgrades needed by KNetPS; alignment to latest JNet and minor changes
• KNetCLI: no changes
