Relationships Between Two Key Events

Hi,

An overview of the relationship between two key events is summarised in the "AOPs Referencing Relationship" section of the KER page, and I believe it refers to the same information as "Relationships Between Two Key Events" provided in the AOP summary. Is it possible to extract that information from the current version of AOPWikiRDF?

Example:

AOP Page: https://aopwiki.org/aops/241#Events

Thanks for bringing this up! You're correct that the "AOPs Referencing Relationship" information is currently partially captured but not fully exposed in the RDF.

Current Status

The RDF currently captures:

• Basic AOP → KER links via aopo:has_key_event_relationship
• KER → AOP links via dcterms:isPartOf

For example, from your KER 1629:

aop.relationships:1629
    a aopo:KeyEventRelationship ;
    aopo:has_upstream_key_event aop.events:xxx ;
    aopo:has_downstream_key_event aop.events:yyy ;
    dcterms:isPartOf aop:241 .

What's Missing

The AOP-Wiki XML contains AOP-specific KER metadata that is parsed but not written to RDF:

• adjacency - Whether KEs are adjacent in the AOP
• quantitative-understanding-value - Quantitative understanding level
• evidence - Evidence supporting the relationship in this specific AOP
