Reflow no longer works inside of code fences

I used to be able to reflow the text inside of a code fence. Previously, alt+q would reflow the content inside the code fence (excluding the opening and closing fences).

It stopped working recently so I am guessing it changed in the 3.2 release.

I don't expect Reflow Markdown to be syntax aware for a code block, but I want it to apply the same reflow login to the contents of the code block.

I am using the following versions of VS Code and extension:

Thank you @sdwheeler for pointing this out! I have verified you are correct, as fenced code blocks and JSX expressions are now excluded.

Normally I would think you wouldn't want fenced code to reflow, this seems to me it is what most others would expect, but that's just my limited point of view.

I think there could be times where you do want it however, so I am trying to think of how it could be an option.

Here are the possible options I'm envisioning:

1. Never reflow fenced code blocks (the present behavior)
2. Always reflow fenced code blocks
3. Reflow fenced code blocs individually when the cursor is on a paragraph in a fenced code block, but never when the format document command runs. (this would allow the user flexibility to reflow only the lines needed, and allow others to extend beyond if desired)

If you have any other suggestions, I'm open to considering them!

Unfortunately, it may be a few weeks or months before I can implement this. Pull requests are welcome!

This is my preference. I have scenarios where it is useful. I use it to reflow PowerShell command syntax blocks. But that is not the only example. I often write about how to use Markdown. I have markdown inside of a code fence for an example. Sometimes that example needs to be reflowed.
