It is also broken for me as when switching between workspaces they remain clickable even when the tray is closed. |
same situation above, when close an application in background the tray panel is set to invisible and need to reload extension for show again |
So how do you fix the problem, which is making the tray icon very ugly |
Same issue for me: pixelated and non-transparent. Gentoo, Gnome 44.1, Wayland. |
https://github.com/ubuntu/gnome-shell-extension-appindicator seems to work properly with Gnome 44 (for those just looking for a quick fix) |
Same issue, pixelated and not transparent on 44.1 Wayland (Manjaro) |
Same here, pixelated and not transparent on Fedora 38 (Gnome 44.2 Wayland) |
I don't think this is being updated anymore unfortunately. I have not worked with any gnome extensions in the past but I might be able to look into this at a later date. Hopefully he does come back to fix it as it's one of my must haves :( |
Have the same issue! |

Describe the bug
Since the upgrade to GNOME 44(.1), the icons are pixelated. I tried playing around with the settings, with no effect on this issue.
