MCP tools for notifications

It would be nice if we can generate a notification summary using an MCP Tool. We can use them in Slack or other channels to get a notification summary in the future using a marmot bot etc. WDYT?

Sounds great, it should be quite easy to extend the existing MCP implementation to add the new tools for notifications!
