Add a button next to each tweet that allows user to copy that tweet so it can be pasted into another page. This prevents the user from have to manually drag over the text and copy it. Also include some visual indicator (a flash message?) that the text has been copied. One suggestion might be a flash message with the text "Copied to Clipboard".
