Add jobs from himalayas API

Check out https://himalayas.app/api. Lets add to the pool of jobs pulled each night. Couple of attributes to query on:

- location (US only)
- categories; lets be sure we are getting tech/programming jobs (exclude things like sales, marking or graphic design...etc)
