I see your working with 24ghz radar chips. Have you taken a look at this one.

Can detect human presence, like in bathroom stalls, is someone there. No movement is required.
Can detect breathing, sleep state (from breathing pattern, probably).

Will this DFRobot 60ghz module function in the way your project intends with the Seeed 24ghz board?

With a wave guide, generate propulsion when the focused beam interacts with an electrostatic field, Yeah!
But that would involve building a Tesla Coil to have an electrostatic field to play with.
Then Interferometry..., Yeah!
