I am trying to figure out how unofficial packages are blocked when not have the patch applied. What is the source of the original packages list. And why is that not coming from the same config? I understand the patch i just wonder if there is a better place to make sure it sees the packages in the added repository as listed valid instead of disable the check against the list. Not sure if it is possible but if someone could help and point me to the right code in the original pfSense code then much appreciated because i have not found where they do that yet.
